These days, the "outing" of celebrities seems to be much more about plastic surgery secrets than about sexual orientation. Scan any supermarket checkout lane, and chances are you'll see at least one magazine featuring plastic surgery "shockers" of the stars. I have to admit that, every once in a while, I just can't resist. (Plus, it's research, right?)
So this week, I picked up a tabloid that featured pictures and insinuations about the alleged plastic surgery secrets of a multitude of stars, including Madonna ("they" suspect she's had fat injections in her cheeks), Britney Spears (who has reportedly undergone lipodissolve treatments, although she has not confirmed the rumors), Phyllis Diller (who admits to having undergone a chemical peel), and Donatella Versace, whose lips look so over-puffed I feared for the fall-out from the inevitable explosion.
In a way, I can't help but think it may be a little mean to report on who has had work done in Hollywood...but I suppose that's what they have signed on for as celebrities. Either way, beauty is subjective...and I must admit that some of the celeb plastic surgery pics do look darn good, while others appear to have possibly been victims of bad plastic surgery.
