Your surgeon will use a surgical marker to indicate where the fat will be injected in the breasts. She will also mark the incision sites through which the fat will be injected. Small incisions will be around the areola and possibly within the crease of the breasts and the axilla. The incisions are small (approximately 2 to 3 millimeters in length).
